Last summer when Flokati Films signed up for the 2014 LIttle Rock 48 Hour Film Project we were happy to have Tanner Smith join our team as the behind-the-scenes documentarian. He was there from the beginning until the end of the film that would become titled "Sensitivity Training"... And now that documentary "The Making of Sensitivity Training" is an Official Selection of the 2015 Little Rock Film Festival!
Here is the documentary's official synopsis:
Making a short film within 48 hours is a lot of work…but it’s also a lot of fun! Team Flokati Films must write, shoot, and edit a short film in just two days. Hi-jinks ensue as they embark on their filmmaking journey.
Tanner's documentary is not a Flokati Films production. It's all his own doing under his own production label, Backyard Pictures. However, we were really happy to have him as part of our 48HFP team!
Don't miss it at LRFF2015, May 11-17, 2015 in the Little Rock Rivermarket District! Click here to buy your pass today!
Tanner was also around doing BTS docs for two other shorts Flokati Films was happy to help produce that are Official Selections of LRFF2015! Check out the BTS docs for Director Al Topich's The Town Where Nobody Lives and Director Jordan Mears' Vampire-Killing Prostitute!
Tanner is a good a friend of Flokati Films so we are especially happy for him because his own short film Sassy & the Private Eye (also a non-Flokati production) is an Official Selection of the festival, making him one of only two directors at LRFF2015 with 2 films in the lineup. Congratulations Tanner Smith!
